Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY


If you’re returning a batik shirt for any reason, we will refund you the full cost of the shirt after you return it to us in its original condition. It must be in the same condition as it was when it was originally purchased – no stains or damage. If a stain has been caused by something other than wear and tear, such as spilled soda or juice, we will take care of those on our dime so we can offer the best customer service possible.


Refunds are processed within 3-5 days of receipt of your returned batik shirt. The time it takes for a refund to be issued is out of our control and may vary based on your individual circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel orders if they are deemed fraudulent. The company may also reserve the right to refuse refunds or make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.


ELIGIBILITY


Here are the criteria your purchase must meet to be eligible for a refund:


  • You must have purchased the item within 14 calendar days
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition 
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must be able to provide proof of purchase
  • Final sale items are not eligible for a refund

We can’t accept returns after 14 calendar days have passed. You can receive your refund in the original payment or product exchange 


WHEN TO EXPECT A REFUND


If you’re sending the item back by mail, please allow 2-4 weeks for us to receive the item. Once we receive the item, it will take 3-5 days for us to process the return and initiate the refund. When the return is accepted, we will post the refund to your preferred refund method. If you paid by debit or credit card, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for the payment to post to your account.
