RETURN POLICY


Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the moment of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. Before requesting a return, please make sure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please read the process below.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
